The CF will start accepting applications for the 2024/2025 academic year in Spring 2024.
Each year the Chapman Foundation awards a scholarship to a student studying Music or another field in the Arts at an accredited college or university. Scholarships are based on academic achievement as well as financial need. The LA Stars scholarship program was started in loving memory of Lamar Antwine Chapman.
